Let's get kickin!

So! I found some AWSOME new workouts! and wanted to share them! It'll get you feeling great!.....eventually ;)

 
 
 
 
 

so first!

This is called Abs on fire! I love it! she is awesome! at first, it can be hard, but even if you have to take it a little at a time it's so worth it!

also, one I found helpful is this one! perfect to get that thigh gap!

1. 10 standing toe touches.

2. 20 lunges 10 each leg :)

3. 30 squats ( I have found squats are best done with legs turned out)

4.40 jumping jacks

5.50 second sitting toe touch

6. 30 second wall sit

after awhile you can add on and make them longer and harder :)

And make sure you get some Pandora going while your working out! I love fun station. they're song some nights is like my theme song! it empowers me! so find the tunes that help ya! and get working!

Just another day....

I was driving through some crazy rain the other day with my sister, and it was beautiful. ahead I saw some blue skies and the sun peeking through the gray clouds. It felt like one of God's tender mercies. I also heard a song on the raido, during all this that said in the song, sometimes you wonder if life is worthwhile. I thought these clouds and this rain feels like what happens when we endure to the end. there are always blessings and better things ahead. Even if we are in the midst of trials and hardships :) Never give up! Keep Going! That was just something I wanted to share with everyone :)
