Hey Guys! so bitter sweet news, we are moving! Daniel has accepted an internship at Washington DC, so we are going to be selling a few things! First item!

 

Daniel is selling his snowboard

 

Great snowboard for beginners to intermediate boarders. Boots are size 12 but I am a size 10 regular shoe and they fit nicely. $200 as is. $235 and I will get it waxed prior to selling. Board, binders and boots are in great shape.

Halloween is coming! And this is the best way to celebrate....

I love my family :) and I love the holidays and autumn :) so I wanted to show some of the fun we have been having :)

There are so many pics, I had to do collages :) this face on the right of the first one is the angriest ive seen my puppy.

 

 We started out raking leaves.....

and then jumping in them....

Then we picked pumpkins, took some pics and got a little carried away.... the neighbors mustve enjoyed watching us... we aren't awkward in any of these btw.......

 

Then we finally decided to carve them :) watched some good Halloween movies and had a great night!

 

 

 

 



Anniversary!!!! Best surprise ever!

So! It's a little late, but I would love to share this experience with everyone :)

 

My Husband told me we were going to go to salt lake to babysit so we head out, I fall asleep in the car, and when I wake up, we are in  underground parking and he says Happy Anniversary! we aren't babysitting :) now hurry up your massage starts in a half hour!

so, by now im super speechless, and we walk into the grand America hotel which is beautiful! the inside looks like a vintage mansion and the outside gardens like alice in wonderland! so we get up to the room and this is what I see....

Wow!!!! so beautiful!!! he has earned some major brownie points!! so we go to the massage, it's amazing! he surprises me with a facial, amazing! then, if that isn't enough, he says we are going to the roof restaurant for dinner and this was our view....

again....AMAZING!!!! then in the morning, he wants to go swimming, so we go in a HEATED pool :) it's beautiful! then before it's time to check out he tells me to head to my mani pedi!!!! goodness!!!!! I love that man! all of it was so amazing, and then on the way home he took me to my fav Mexican place, Rio Gande Café . He really outdid himself with this one:) I am one lucky girl, and this was just too sweet to not get some recognition. Happy Anniversary sweetie! it's been an awesome year!

 

 



Banana Berry Crepes!

Want a yummy cheap clean breakfast?

Ive been following a blog called blogilates she has amazing workouts! and delicious healthy recipes! this one i found and i love it for breakfast!

Banana Berry Crepes!

What you need:

1 egg

1 tsp  cinnamon

1 banana

1/3 cup oats

1/4 cup almond milk

strawberries or any berries you like :)

OK! first, blend up the oats, then add the cinnamon, milk, egg, and half of a banana and blend it up!

then put some coconut oil or whatev on the pan and pour a little batter on the pan and cook it up! keep cooking them then when they are done take some cut up fruit berries whatev and put them on the crepe roll it up and add a dollop of greek yogurt and a drizzle of honey! enjoy!

250 Calories and so easy! eat it right after a great workout! Enjoy!!!

 

Fourth Of July!!!!

So! The Fourth of July is amazing!!!  so why not celebrate with the proper equiptment? :)

Here are a few different things you can make or do on the fourth or all month long :)

 

Star Lanterns!

 

Just paste paper stars on some white lanterns, light them up, and watch them give off star shadows!

 

Edible Flag!

I like to put blackberries with the blueberries! both are yummy! this is a great grab and go! and great for kids! they love helping make them and of course everyone likes to eat them!

 

Chocolate chip ice cream sandwhiches!

Find a great chocolate chip cookie recipe, bake the cookies, then put any flavor of ice cream inside, ( I like to use choc chip cookie dough) then put patriotic sprinkles around them!

 

Paper Pinwheels!

Grab some july looking scrapbook paper, cut a square, then cut slits toward the center on every corner, then fold the corners in. and either glue or pin them. then attach them to a stick and put them in a mason jar with a nice ribbon, or out in your planters with flowers :)

 



Festive wreath

get a ring of some sort... I use Styrofoam. and wrap different colors of yarn around till its covered, and then glue stars onto it :)

So! I found some AWSOME new workouts! and wanted to share them! It'll get you feeling great!.....eventually ;)

This is called Abs on fire! I love it! she is awesome! at first, it can be hard, but even if you have to take it a little at a time it's so worth it!

also, one I found helpful is this one! perfect to get that thigh gap!

1. 10 standing toe touches.

2. 20 lunges 10 each leg :)

3. 30 squats ( I have found squats are best done with legs turned out)

4.40 jumping jacks

5.50 second sitting toe touch

6. 30 second wall sit

after awhile you can add on and make them longer and harder :)

And make sure you get some Pandora going while your working out! I love fun station. they're song some nights is like my theme song! it empowers me! so find the tunes that help ya! and get working!

Just another day....

I was driving through some crazy rain the other day with my sister, and it was beautiful. ahead I saw some blue skies and the sun peeking through the gray clouds. It felt like one of God's tender mercies. I also heard a song on the raido, during all this that said in the song, sometimes you wonder if life is worthwhile. I thought these clouds and this rain feels like what happens when we endure to the end. there are always blessings and better things ahead. Even if we are in the midst of trials and hardships :) Never give up! Keep Going! That was just something I wanted to share with everyone :)

How i Knew....

 Ive been wanting to write about this for awhile now. I think a lot of people especially girls when theyre dating someone don't know when to take the next step. Like if they love the person, or if they should marry them. It seems like everyone is expecting some big answer. Ive come to find that it is different for everyone, but for most its never huge! just normal :) The advice I was given was if you feel right about it than go for it :) So for me I prayed and said if there is a reason I shouldn't do this please stop me. I prayed a lot while I was dating it really helped. :) anyway it just happened that I got my answer in a somewhat subtle way :) we went to the movie we bought a zoo. and when a certain scene came, I realized that I couldn't live without him. and that I did love him. my heart is still pounding writing this. We own that movie now and still watch it :) I love him and its in everything :) the movie was a small part, but I just wanted to share that :) and in case your wondering what scene it was here ya go! it's not the best quality but its the best I could get. if you haven't seen that movie yet, you should :)

Birthday/Valentines Day!

Daniel Took me to the anniversary inn for my birthday/valentines day! (we kinda combined the too!)

The name of the room was juliets balcony! so great!!! it was amazing!

 

Then he took me shopping and we went to his parents house and they gave me flowers mad of money! how cool are they? Then i got my haircut! 20 is teating me right sometime!
